Thank you for visiting Tee Hunt’s Return Policy page. Have you made a purchase with us recently? Awesome! Thanks for placing your trust in us. While we work hard to maintain the high-quality our customers love us for, we’re human too.

If you’re anything less than 100% satisfied, please don’t keep it to yourself. Your Return Policy will be valid for 30 days from the time you receive your item, so be sure to bring any issues to our attention before this. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we won’t be able to help you with a refund or exchange.

What Items are Eligible for Return?

If you want to return a Tee Hunt product, please do so in its original packaging. We understand that some defects may only be detectable after opening the packaging. In this case, the item must be unwashed and unused, in the same condition you received it in. If we receive a returned item in a poor state, if the item was damaged during transportation, if there are any damages that are no fault of our own, or if an item is received outside of the 30-day period, we will not be able to provide an exchange or refund.

How Refunds Work

If the defect is our fault, we will provide you with a full refund at no cost to you. However, if you change your mind and decide you no longer want your item, or you wish to return it for any other reason, a restocking fee may apply.

How Exchanges Work

We can only replace items free of charge that are defective or were damaged owing to a fault on our side. In all other cases an exchange fee may apply.

Late or Missing Refunds

Still waiting for your refund after a while? Don’t panic. Firstly, please double check your bank balance to ensure you definitely haven’t received your refund yet. If not, try contacting your credit card company - some refunds may take a few days to process. Still no luck? Reach out to your bank to inquire about refund processing times. Still no luck? Contact us so we can escalate the matter to our finance department for further investigation.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted.
